There is a high voltage line bordering the North boundary of the site however private road access and power are provided to provide a good setback for a home site. Under ground power, phone and road built to emergency vehicle specifications should be complete within the next 6 months but Seller cannot guarantee as to the day or the month. The road is a private access road may require snow clearing by hire or personal equipment. It is up to site owners to cooperate in this expense.
